Let’s start with a short story:

“There was a girl who always stood first in her school & college life. Like any other ambitious student, she had a dream of joining a big company in campus placement however time had decided something else for her. She could not clear any of the interviews and it was a sad moment for her. Everything seemed to have vanished in front of her. Later she took the charge of that situation and after self-introspection, she came to realize that it feels good & motivated to teach the students rather than spending time on the laptop. That moment worked as a spark in her life and she moved on to achieve her ambition.”

Let’s take a few more examples which you all can relate with:

a) Would you like to wear the same dress daily while going to the office or go to the same place for traveling?

Most of you will save a big No. We even wait for Friday to wear casual dress or dress down for ethnic wear.

b) We all have spent at least 20 years of life and witnessed the changing environment during that span i.e. from toddler to kid, then to a young child and further to adult.

If I ask you if you are still the same person who went to college, so the answer would be, ‘No, I am changed now’.

If we stop for a moment and think about the day, every day brings some change in our life. We might neglect this change daily because the quantum of change is not that impactful however if we look back after a long period, we can feel that change.

So we can get inference that the only constant thing in the world is ‘Changes’. Changes are inevitable in a person’s life!

If we take the example of the current situation of the COVID pandemic, we have changed the way of working these days. Physical presence in office shifted to virtual meetings and offline classes in school now moved to online classes. This situation compelled us to think out of the box literally and we are getting fruitful results now.

We had adapted ourselves to this changing environment now and it proves that we build resilience within ourselves.

To share treasure from my wealth box, I would now like to highlight the importance of changes in one’s life based on my journey in personal and professional front.

1. Change is the opportunity in disguise and opportunities are plentiful. If we want to grow and get success in life, make a habit to invite the change.

2. Accepting the challenging situation helps us to come out of our comfort zone and unleash the hidden potential which helps in personal growth.

3. We get to experience more and new perspectives knock at the doorstep. When our situation is changed, we tend to opt for innovative tools to solve the problems.

4. Makes us more flexible and adaptable — once we pass through the change, we are armed with more confidence as walk into next uncomfortable situation

5. Change also helps in avoiding the monotonous aspect of life and embracing the intrinsic qualifies of personality.

Every change comes with an opportunity and we need to grab that opportunity to find better of ourselves. Therefore get out of the bed and do something that your future self will be proud of and feel passionate about.

So to make a closure note to this article

Change can teach us to adapt and help us develop resilience, but only if we understand our capacity for growth and learning. When change makes us a better person, it is the result of turning the challenging situation to our advantage.

Thanks and have a good time!!
